1.Definition of Digital Products & Package Options

PetArt360 supplies digital products only. All portraits are delivered via e-mail in high-resolution .PNG format. No physical printing or shipping is provided.

• Pre-Selected Style Package: The customer’s pet photo is applied to a pre-selected themes.

• Custom-Design Package: A unique scene is created in line with the customer’s description. One free revision is included per order..

2. Delivery Timeframe

Portraits are sent by e-mail within 48–72 hours of receiving complete photos and scene information.

3. Revision & Refund Policy

One complimentary revision is offered for each personalized digital product. Because the products are digital and made to order, cancellations and refunds are not accepted.

4. Image Quality & Submission Guidelines

• Provide clear, well-lit, high-resolution photos (.JPG or .PNG) with the pet facing the camera.

• Facial features must be distinct.

• Background is not important.

• Scene descriptions must include sufficient detail regarding setting, atmosphere, and preferred style.

5. Tips for Custom Scene Descriptions:

• A good brief should state where the scene takes place, what the pet is doing, desired costume/theme, and any color/texture/style preferences.

• Detailed descriptions should be preferred over short and vague expressions.

• Example of a good description: “My fluffy cat is reading a book in a Victorian-style library while sunlight streams through the window. There’s an old coffee cup on the table. Style: watercolor.”

• If no style preference is specified, the artist may freely choose an appropriate visual language.

• Instead of abstract phrases like “Make it cool” or “a bit fantasy,” provide descriptive, concrete details.

All designs, illustrations, and content supplied by PetArt360 are protected by copyright. They are for personal use only. Commercial use or resale requires prior written consent.

7. Our Privacy Policy
